GEOFLEX
Geoflex is operator of new real-time and post-processed GNSS augmentation services.
Its services are based on the Geoflex/CNES PPP (Precise Point Positioning)Technology initially developed by the CNES (Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales), the French space agency CNES.
This technology aims to move from metric to centimetric precision all around the world, on the ground, on the sea and in the air in a continuous way and without expensive investments.
Thanks to its open format, the positioning data may be integrated in all the advanced mobility technologies such as inertial navigation and HD mapping for collision mitigation, driving assistance and smartphone location services, thus releasing their power and pushing past their current limitations.
Geoflex is also focusing on developments and innovations regarding GNSS augmentation of the accuracy / precision, robustness and availability of positioning by satellites.
For example, behind the development with CNES of a Precise Positioning Engine synchronizing the PPP corrections to the GNSS raw-data measurements, Geoflex had developed its own GNSS augmentation box available via Hardware and Software Development Kits.
In GISCAD-OV Geoflex is involved in operating and delivering GNSS Augmentation corrections (GFXops) compatible for PPP processing to the GISCAD-OV Control Center.
Thanks to local GNSS network infrastructures included in the project, Geoflex is also involved to the processing of local STEC and ZTD estimators which are required to make PPP-RTK achievable.
Geoflex plays a key role in the assessment of PPP performances after the integration of Galileo E6 and HAS corrections and the impacts of Galileo HAS for a PPP messages Service Provider.
It participates to WK3 and WK5.
