TELESPAZIO
Telespazio, a joint venture between Leonardo (67%) and Thales (33%), is one of Europe’s leaders and one of the world’s main players in satellite solutions and services. The company has its headquarters in Rome, Italy, and is supported by a staff of approximately 2500 people.

In GISCAD-OV Telespazio is contributing to the WP 3 architecture definition mainly in the interfacing with the Galileo GNSS Service Centre for the provision of the Galileo High Accuracy corrections. This is a role in line with the technical background of Telespazio gained in the participation to the Galileo programme and playing an important role in the Galileo Service Operation contract. Telespazio will also contribute to the WP 4, for the validation of the ionosphere related modelling and corrections provided by the GISCAD OV integrated service. It will also monitor during the project the evolution of the availability of the Galileo high accuracy service.
Telespazio will participate also to the dissemination and to the definition of the business chain of the integrated service
